ELABORATION

Our ancestors made the coupage of their wines in the vineyards, that is, they had the two varieties mixed in their plantations: some strains of Carignan and others of red Garnacha, what is known as coupage in the vineyards.

To make this wine, the two varieties are harvested at the same time and co-fermentation takes place. We work with whole grapes trodden with our feet and left to macerate with the skins for a week. Once fermentation is over, it is aged in concrete tanks.

TASTING NOTES

L’Abrunet de Frisach Negre is a fluid, fruity and light wine. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruit, floral notes, and light spicy touches stand out. In the mouth it shows volume but is agile and fresh.
